Thursday threesome
Hmmm: ::Stating the Obvious:: Onesome: Stating-- things clearly? In your job/vocation/school do you like to have everything spelled out in detail? ...or are you one of those people who does better with broad guidelines and a free rein? I like details in most things. Twosome: the-- food I miss the most is? (loaded question, but hey ...)
I don't miss any foods. I eat them lol
ETA: I lied I do miss 1 food Cold Stone Creamery. There isnt 1 near me anymore!

I don't get the lack of manners, kindness and caring in todays world. It saddens me to see commercials on tv trying to remind people to be compassionate and use there manners and be kind. They shouldnt need to be reminded.

I am pathethic sorry.. None of my jobs have been awful or interesting.
Twosome: "Hard" and-- "Tight"? Words take on new meanings all the time. ...used to be both those words were compliments; now it appears "sick" is a good thing (according to the lexicon of the local fourteen year-old). What have you heard lately that took you a minute to figure out. I mean, like "bad" is still "good", right? Tight, man!

Onesome: Anna's Tax-- Okay, what is the most onerous tax you've ever run across? Yes, alcohol and tobacco can fit in, but I was thinking of some regional quirk... Hmm At the moment the tax on gasoline is annoying, but that is everywhere. Property taxes are a big ouch. Twosome: Wholesale-- or retail? Do you prefer to drive to the wholesale stores to save over the regular store prices? ...I shop at walmart for most of my foodstuff I like wholesale when i need big packs of stuff. Not for everyday shopping. Threesome: Sale-- Do you have 'Tax Free' sales in your area? Every so often one of the hardware places has a "We Pay the Sales Tax" weekend. ...and hey, 8% is 8%! ::Fluffy Bunny Rabbits:: Onesome: Fluffy-- is as fluffy does! It's almost lemon meringue season at that pie shop. Do you do fluffy pies? ...or is it fruit all the way for you? We've all thought about a change of locations from time to time: is there any place you'd like to try living for a while? Do you live in a metropolis where everything is close? i live pretty close to most everything here. except Safeway and i miss it dreadfully massive safeway withdrawl.. but imhoping they put one in soon this place is booming a walmart supercenter (huge place) opens on tuesday and they just put in a pier 1 michaels petco bedbath and beyond they r building a kohls and a lowes so again a Safeway would ease my pain =) Labels: Thursday Threesome

::Butterflies are Free:: Onesome: Butterflies-- 'Tis the end of butterfly season, at least here in the Northern Hemisphere (hey, we have readers and respondents in the Southern); what are looking forward to seeing around the yards and neighborhoods in the next few months. (...besides snow, unless that's all you have staring back at you during the Winter months!) no snow here but if it did snow that would be cool... i like to see the beautiful orange and golds of the leaves turning (they are just starting to barely turn here) the frost on the grass in the morning is pretty and christmas decorations i love christmas decorations Twosome: are-- Are your sports teams doing okay this Fall? Baseball is down to the final stretch and it's time to chose up sides! ...and football is darned interesting at the six-week mark? No interest? How about curling ? sports? the only sports i like to watch are the ones my kids are playing =) so at the moment that would be tkd although if im actualy there in person i like almost any sport its way better in person then on tv
Threesome: Free-- What is your favorite "freebie"? That 'buy one, get one free' sale? ...the ice cream cone from your local shop on your birthday? The samples at Starbucks? Inquiring minds and all that... freebie hmmm well my fav freebie was my first digicam i got it free online way back when they were new for getting 100 people to join ecircles (anyone remember ecircles?) in a week.. some online bank gave me 390 bucks once for getting 39 people to open a account with them that rocked lol in reg life i like b1g1 free's

::County Library System:: Onesome: County-- The wild card for today: Do you know approximately how many people live in your county? as of 2002 my county has 82,580 and my city has 47,213 of them in it.. but this is a new county and city for us. 3 months ago the county we lived ins population is 1,352,445 the city had 463,760 pretty big change lol Twosome: Library-- Do you use the library system where you live? ...or are you one of those who has to own the book (and can afford to)? Students: how good is your school library? ...and do use it or the net for most things? havntgotten cards yet here but i usually buy books although i think il be hitting the library more Threesome: System-- Hey, what system do you use to store/keep track of your books and music and whatever it is that tends to outgrow its living area?
